HuskerHost's Terms Of Service

Payments and Fees: These brief payment guidelines are imposed to protect you, and other Husker Host customers and us against harm. Payment Policies, Fees, Refunds and Terms of Agreement:

Full payment is required before any hosting services are rendered, which includes renewals. All payment-due notices will be sent by electronic mail. No
bills or invoices will be sent by postal mail or fax. Prepayment is in advance of each anniversary (monthly or annually) when the account was established. Billing will continue until you cancel your hosting account. You may cancel at anytime with a 7 day notice. As a policy, we do not offer credits or refunds for hosting already paid for. If cancellation is done by Husker Hosting due to restrictions violation, there will be no refund for a partial month. All monetary transactions are in $US dollars. We accept PayPal, Money Orders or online e- checks, Company checks will require 7-10 business days to clear the bank. Account Cancellation: When you want to cancel you must send an email 7 business days in advance, please contact us at sales@huskerhost.com

Failure to Pay: The Company may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon the failure of Subscriber to pay charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve Subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable interest and any collection fees. When a Subscriber creates a history of not paying on time; future payments must be paid in advance. For example a Subscriber that renews on January 1st, will also be required to pay February in advance and will be required to pay the March bill on February 1st, until it is deemed the Subscriber will pay according to terms. /font>

Account Cancellation: All requests for canceling accounts must be made in writing with at least 7 days notice but not more than 60 days prior written notice and e-mail sent to sales@huskerhost.com. You must have all account information to cancel.

Service Interrupton: Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company. Subscriber further acknowledges that the company's liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE): HuskerHost takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending of Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) or SPAM over our network. Very simply this means that customers of Hostdime may not use or permit others to use our network to transact in UCE. Customers of HuskerHost may not host, or permit hosting of, sites or information that is advertised by UCE from other networks. Violations of this policy carry severe penalties, including termination of service.

Violation of HuskerHost SPAM policy will result in severe penalties. Upon notification of an alleged violation of our SPAM policy, HuskerHost will initiate an immediate investigation (within 48 hours of notification). During the investigation, HuskerHost may restrict customer access to the network to prevent further violations. If a customer is found to be in violation of our SPAM policy, HuskerHost may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate customer's account. Further, HuskerHost reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of a substantiated policy violation. HuskerHost will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offense.
